We are a boutique consulting firm, founded by Tracie Jae, specializing in creating space for authentic and grace-filled conversation about hard topics we often avoid. We focus on A More HUMAN Approach™ with LOVE first, always! We believe the world, and specifically America, can be a better place if we understand our own stories and honor each other’s lived experiences. We help create spaces for people to feel safe, seen and welcome. There are two channels for our work. In corporate settings we offer workshops, trainings and coaching anchored in our More HUMAN Approach Framework. In The Quiet Rebel Community, we focus on citizen education and community dialogue.
